Policies and requirements
The aim is simple: keep the stay calm, safe, and comfortable. Below are the key points.
Introduction visit
We require an introduction visit before any booking so we can make sure it’s the right fit for your dog and for our home.
Small & medium dogs only
We accept small and medium dogs. We can take up to 5 dogs, but they must be from the same household.
Calm environment
There are no other animals and no children in the home. This can be especially helpful for nervous or reactive dogs.
Vaccinations
Dogs must be vaccinated. As a minimum, we require protection against canine distemper, infectious canine hepatitis (canine adenovirus), canine parvovirus, leptospirosis, and kennel cough.
Proof of vaccination (or vet evidence) will be required before boarding.
Neutering
Do you accept unneutered dogs?
Yes — we can accept unneutered dogs. What matters most to us is your dog’s temperament and how comfortable they’ll be in our home. That’s why we require an introduction visit before any booking.
